Privacy policy

What we collect

You give us the data yourself, voluntarily: your name and contact (email or phone) and the content of your message, through the contact form, a job application or in a conversation with the AI assistant. With an enquiry we record which page it was sent from and how you came to the site (e.g. from a Google search). When you click our phone number or email address, we count that click together with the page it happened on. The site does not use tracking cookies and does not store any other personal data.

How we measure the site

To make the site clearer, we record the steps of a visit: opening a page, how much of it you read, starting and sending a form, and if you leave a form, only the name of the last field, never what you typed. We use no cookies and not your IP address for this: a visit gets a random tag that is deleted when you close the browser tab. We keep this data for at most 13 months.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and agree on working together, and to know which pages and channels bring us enquiries. We do not share your enquiry with third parties, do not use it for marketing without your consent and do not sell it to anyone.

Who processes the data on our behalf

The website is built and maintained on our behalf by Zolta (zolta.agency), as processor. Enquiries are stored in its system on servers in the EU and forwarded to us by email; only we and Zolta, for maintaining the site, have access to them.

AI assistant

A conversation with the AI assistant is processed automatically to generate answers. The assistant answers only from public information about our services and does not give binding offers or prices. If you leave your contact in the conversation, it is forwarded to us like an enquiry from the contact form.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to communicate and agree on working together. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to leonarda.kozljan@lesoluxon.hr.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and the right to object. Send your request to leonarda.kozljan@lesoluxon.hr; if you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
